Three of our single-storey one-bedroom cottages can also be booked individually or connected together, making them an ideal option for couples travelling together, larger families or fishing groups who want the perfect balance of privacy and shared space.

Surrounded by our peaceful water gardens, with picturesque views across Kitchen Lake, woodland and landscaped gardens, every cottage provides a perfect setting to unwind. Dog-friendly and available throughout the year, they’re the ideal base for enjoying the exceptional on-site fishing, exploring East Devon’s stunning coastline and countryside, or simply relaxing and making the most of everything Kingslakes has to offer.
