Step through the patio doors into your own private garden, where a luxurious hot tub and outdoor seating overlook the picturesque courtyard water feature. (BBQ available on request).

The cottages are situated around the water gardens and have views of the water garden, woodland or gardens. All our one-bedroom cottages have Freeview TV and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedding, bed linen, towels and heating is provided. A shared laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer is located within the courtyard, and a children’s play area is just a short walk away, making these cottages an excellent choice for couples, families and groups enjoying a stay at Kingslakes. Dogs are welcome to stay in our cottages for a small additional fee.
