Located side by side, these charming cottages can be booked individually, as a pair or all three together, making them the perfect choice for larger groups who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own private space.

Each cottage features a welcoming open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, a comfortable double bedroom and a modern shower room, providing everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay. Outside, you’ll find a private patio with outdoor furniture, while barbecues are available on request – perfect for relaxing after a day spent fishing or exploring the Devon countryside.

For added convenience, all bedding, bed linen, towels and heating are included, with allocated parking provided for each cottage. A shared laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer is located within the courtyard, and a children’s play area is just a short walk away, making these cottages an excellent choice for couples, families and groups enjoying a stay at Kingslakes.

Shannon, Lighty and Candy have interconnecting doors so can be three separate properties or have the internal interconnecting doors removed to have one bigger property. The outside area is a courtyard that has a privacy panel to separate the three properties. All three properties have there own outside table and chairs, refuse bins and recycling bins.
