Holly Cottage

Perfect for families and groups of friends, Holly Cottage is a spacious three-bedroom cottage sleeping up to six guests, thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and accessible holiday for everyone. The cottage features a double bedroom and wet room on the ground floor, ideal for guests with restricted mobility, while upstairs you’ll find a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the main family bathroom. The open-plan lounge and dining area offers plenty of space to relax together, with patio doors opening onto a decking area and a ramp leading directly to the pathway and children’s play area.

Designed with accessibility in mind, Holly Cottage offers entrance ramps, wider spaces for easy wheelchair access and a modern wet room shower. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, while bed linen, towels and heating are all provided. Guests can also hire our all-terrain mobility scooter, enjoy accessible fishing platforms on seven lakes and make use of the accessible children’s play area. Dogs are welcome for a small additional fee, and coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located next to the cottages, making Holly Cottage the perfect year-round retreat for the whole family.
