After having been granted planning permission in 2017, Kingslakes Holidays have now built and fitted out a modern Clubhouse facility for use by their guests. The new impressive modern building comprises of a reception area for guests to check in, a small shop for those essentials, an impressive bar and lounge area and a games room, which has a darts area and a pool table.

No longer do guests have to travel three miles to the nearest pub and shop, even though there are half a dozen excellent local pubs within a 3-5 mile radius, including the tradional Torridge Inn at Black Torrington, where staying Kingslakes guests benefit from a special discount when dining.

The new Clubhouse has thermally efficient aluminium double glazing and is light, bright, warm and comfortable, with a choice of dining chairs or more relaxing chairs to recline in. This excellent modern facility is the brainchild of Stuart and Emma, the owners of Kingslakes, whose vision for this 40 acre holiday resort, always included having a central area where guests could relax, have something to drink and meet new friends etc.

Officially opened in February 2018, this new facility is open for use by all Kingslakes staying guests. It is located overlooking three of Kinglakes seven fully stocked fishing lakes and adjacent to the caravan and camping area.
