Update 23rd June 2020: this policy is now superseded following the Government’s announcement on 23rd June 2020 that holiday venues can re-open from 4th July 2020.
Many of our customers have contacted us enquiring as to what Kingslakes policies are regarding the COVID19 situation. Many of our customer enquiries are individual and specific and we will attempt to reply to these directly as and when they arise.
In line with Government instruction, Kingslake Holidays Limited is now closed until at least the end of April. We are awaiting Government instruction regarding a further extension to the closure. We have contacted all customers whose holidays have already been affected.
If the Government extend the closure for a further period, customers affected will be offered two options:
- To defer your holidays to a later period in the next 12 months. For those customers choosing holiday dates in a more expensive time period they will need to pay the difference.
- To cancel your holiday and request a credit note to be spent with us within the next 24 months.
