Primrose is a light and spacious cottage which has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. It is well located to the shop, Lakeview bar and restaurant as well as a short stroll from Kitchen lake.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge/dining room with wooden floors and a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. French doors from the lounge lead to the south facing veranda which has lovely panoramic views towards Kitchen Lake and the woodlands either side. The enclosed decking is equipped with a large table and chairs. Barbeques are available on request. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is both a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom. Laundry facilities with a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer are adjacent to the cottages.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional fee.

Our onsite shop provides all of those daily essentials you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday, plus a comprehensively stocked tackle shop including a fantastic range of tackle and live baits.
