Our comfortable cottages offer a wide variety of accommodation from one to four bedrooms. The three adjacent single storey one bedroom cottages can be rented individually or as 2 or 3 interconnecting cottages, each with their own private living space.  With views of Kitchen lake, woodlands and gardens, they are perfect for single stays, couples, families or groups.

Perfect for anglers who want to be right next to the action, is our six spacious detached lodges. Made up of three 3 bedroom lodges over two storeys accommodating up to five people, and three single storey lodges sleeping up to four guests, the fishing action is literally, on your door step.

For the ultimate fishing holiday, our luxury lodges even have hot tubs, so you can watch the sunset and have a jet spa massage as you plan your fishing strategy for the next day.

Each of our 7 lakes are unique and offer exciting fishing for anglers of all abilities. From large quantities of carp upto 24 lbs, quality Tench, Bream, Perch Rudd and Chub in excess of 4lb, it’s little surprise we are one of the Uk’s premier destinations for luxury fishing holidays.
