We (Kingslakes Holidays Limited) are committed to protecting your privacy during your dealings with us and recognize our responsibility to keep your data secure under GDPR.

We protect your data to a high standard and We will comply with data protection law. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be:

Company Structure
Kingslakes Holidays Ltd. is owned by parent company (Hazlemere Holdings Ltd.) Within this group, Accounting, Purchasing, and Marketing functions are shared. As such, your details may be passed to Hazlemere Windows C. Ltd. or Hazlemere Management Services LLP for administration purposes only.

What Information do we Collect on you?
All the information collected from you will be for the legitimate purpose of fulfilling your contract with us for in order for us to fulfil our legal obligations. When you make a booking with us we will collect the following information:

• Full name.
• Address.
• Contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses.

Why do we collect this information?
We collect only the necessary information required to enter into a contract with you.
 
We require your data for a reasonable period for internal and external reporting and auditing purposes.

Who might we share your information with?
We will share your information only with third parties required to either fulfil your contract or to fulfil our legal obligations.

Where your data is shared with third parties we will undertake due diligence to ensure that third parties handle your data in accordance with GDPR.  Examples of third parties that may be used are:
 
• Third party booking agents such as Bookalet.
• Service providers based in the UK who provide IT and system administration services such as: SAGE, Loria Consulting, IT Remedies, Dayta Designs.
• Service providers for taking payments (PaymentSense) where payment is taken via website, on site or via telephone.
• HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
• Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.
• Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.
 
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
 
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
 
Where your data is shared with third parties to complete your contract HWC will undertake due diligence to ensure that third parties handle your data in accordance with GDPR.

What do we do with your information?
Your data will be stored on Kingslakes secured servers and databases. We will use your information to fulfil your contract and may from time to time contact you with information applicable to your purchase from us.

How long do we hold your information?
Information provided to us will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary; this will be no longer that six years from latest stay.

How can I access the information you hold on me?
